2.1. Rescheduling
If a client needs to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in additional fees.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the clearance. We accept various payment methods, including:

Invoices are to be settled within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges as stipulated by applicable laws.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or modify their booking by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
Flat Clearance Southfields strives to handle all items with care. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to items or unforeseen accidents that occur during the clearance process.
5.1. Insurance
We maintain general liability insurance, but it does not cover the full value of valuable or fragile items. Clients are encouraged to obtain separate insurance for high-value items.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that all items to be cleared are accessible and ready for removal at the scheduled time. This includes:
- Clearance paths free of obstructions
- Availability of keys or access codes
- Identification of any restricted items
7. Environmental Policy
We are committed to environmentally responsible practices. All recyclable materials are processed appropriately, and we endeavor to minimize waste.
7.1. Hazardous Materials
Clients must inform us of any hazardous materials present. We are not responsible for improperly disclosed hazardous items.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be addressed through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
9. Amendments to Terms
